Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Chicago - UC 4.2 Phi Delt has gotten a pretty rough rap (just look below for proof) in recent times, but as someone who knows a decent number of them, much of it is unproven and/or untrue. The UofC Phi Delt chapter is filled with mostly awesome guys (and some creepers who tend to do their own thing) who are super respectful and fun during mixers and other social events. Like any larger organization, their brotherhood is a little more divided, but they stick up for each other and their chapter in tough times.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Chicago - UC 1.0 I'd be surprised if they're still considered in the top tier next year, even with their central house. They've had way too many scandals as of late, and a lot of allegations are looking less like rumors and more like facts.
