Sig chi knows how to have fun the brothers here tend to be more goofy/laidback. Parties are decent, house is pretty nasty, bathrooms and floor and walls are pretty disgusting. Guys here are much cooler than AD.

AD has a nice house and location, so the parties are generally good. I would still put AD over sig chi (upper of mid tier) but the brothers/pledges have been known to be generally weird/awkward. They focus a lot on marketing and that type of thing (social media, merch, etc.), enough pull to throw good darties but will prob never break top tier (Fiji, Psi, etc.)

pretty good frat, had some fun parties this year. Overall there brothers a nice and less douchey than other fraternities overall

Themes are always good. Great budget, epic bull at the wild west party. Cool house to wander around. Nice guys mostly cause i don’t know all of them but I should, i’m really cool.

Clearly lot of the comments here are self ranks but not wrong. Definitely top frat on campus, mostly football players but have been branching out slightly as of more recently. Parties are always good, by far richest frat with richest alumni, so they have a really nice house and big party budget. Known by everyone to do the dreaded elephant walk, despite being top frat on campus are not really involved with events involving greek life (arrowfest, IFsing, philantropy etc.). Known for Fiji Island party and darties etc.
