tbh their party's are average but the brothers i've met are really chill and nice guys. bit of a nerdy frat but really genuine guys who know how to keep it classy

I'd be surprised if they're still considered in the top tier next year, even with their central house. They've had way too many scandals as of late, and a lot of allegations are looking less like rumors and more like facts.

I liked Pi Phi, but now I think they're trying too hard to be 'cool girls' when their entire appeal was that they were open and accepting of everyone, and weren't your typical sorority girl. Pi Phi, please don't leave your quirkiness behind!
