Rankings pt 1
Top:
Sig Chi: Most would agree this is the top fraternity at Union, has been that way for a number of years, probably will be that way for the foreseeable future. Mix of lax+hoops players and swimmers in terms of athletes.
TDX: As mentioned in the ratings, their parties have seemed to have a friendlier vibe than before, but still a Saturday night go-to for the whole campus. They've also stepped up their involvement around campus for all sorts of causes. Football frat.
Chi Psi: Hit or miss parties despite being on frat row, some nights they throw bangers, some nights they empty out by 12. Strong brotherhood though, and benefit from their location. Baseball and soccer frat.
Upper Middle:
Sig Phi: Throw a number of bangers a year (halloween, ski lodge) and are able to stay relevant due to having an off-campus house, there are a couple of oddballs though, best down-campus frat by a mile. Rugby+ a few swimmers/other random athletes
ADPhi: Generally very well-liked by the whole campus, brothers are really nice. AD dinners on Thursdays are always a good time, although recently they've become a bit more exclusive
Lower Middle:
DKE: On the rise after a rough few years, aren't too many douches in DKE, only are relevant once or twice a year party-wise (DKE island)
AEPi: Used to be ahead of DKE, but school and nationals sanctions have taken a toll on their social events (or lack thereof). Individually mostly nice brothers, but kind of douchey as a group.

Here are the most accurate frat rankings as of now...

Top:
sig chi- Solid
chi psi- Solid
KA- Very long history at Union and very strong Alumni network

Mid:
sig phi- Not really a fraternity, elite secret society
AD-Average

Bottom:
dke- Slighly below average, but trying to improve
FIJI- Slowly growing, major improvements


Irrelevant:
aepi- Way too many problems, dying out due to low #'s. Will be gone within a year.
TDX- Basically useless.

Sig chi and chi psi are top. Tdx is dying and on the out, still have cool kids and carriage but they don't have an on campus house. Sig phi and AD are mid tier. Dke and AEPi are bottom and everything else is irrelevant
