Put middle tier, but they're on the up. Need a good rush this Fall to compete with 3 other prominent frats (sigchi,chipsi,tdx). 10U is as important to them as 821 is to sig chi. Don't hold on campus mixers except for the bigger events thanks

Honestly I had so much at 10U tonight. I remember fall term this creepy guy talking there to me, asking me to go "upstairs" with him. Today I had a blast. Brothers entertaining all the people on the dance floor. There were two guys who were dancing and goofing around all the time. the DJ was alright, loved when they played juju on the beat </333. Just be careful who you let in. I get that brothers are friends with some other guys, but this freshman guy i know is pretty violent when it comes to girl and it felt a bit awk when he was there. Sig Phi is like the nicest/safest place to party at. 10U is THE spot, no creepy guys most of the time, there is always a bunch of girls too so me and my girl friends feel safe there. The music is cool too

Good parties at 10U, just now starting up Saturday darties which are fun. Their seniors suck for the most part, luckily they'll be gone after this term.

Outdoor parties and spring term in general are very fun at 10u. Not as active during winter term. Fun parties overall

Some very nice people in this frat, but they are just a bunch of weirdos (said with love mostly). Bummer pepperbox is dead so they wont have live music but their back yard is still so sick. Good pregame frat.
