it's a dry fraternity. but at least their house is nice on the inside, sucks for them though that their house is being condemned cause they didn't take care of it structurally

Phi Delt has some sketchy brothers but they are fun to chill with. They are very laid back and have more of a house party feel

Phi delt is "dry" so they can't have big parties like the other frats. However they still know how to party and are big on Wen nights. The brothers are really laid back and chill, the stoner type.
