TOP TIER FRATS AND SORORITIES:

Frats can change a lot from year to year depending on their newest pledge classes. I don't get why people still say SigChi is the best fraternity... there are only a few cool guys, the other ones are average. In general they are just the same as SAE and SigEp is becoming more relevant.
Sororities are the same... everyone says DG is the best but their pledge class was average and DPhiE and SDT did better than them this year. One year DG does better, another year SDT does better and the year after DPhiE does better... but they all have the same amounts of hot girls and average girls.
