frat / srat ranks

frat:
1. SAE / Sig Chi (both r top, SAE is better, not by much but they are. Both spring semesters weren’t that good however SAE got a good spring pc. Two top houses easily, both mix with deeph and sdt often, SAE was falling a bit but they aren’t anymore)

2. Pikapp / Pike ( both got good springs pcs. Pikapp is better than pike. Pike is only considered top because of their house. Pikapp has better relations however relations aren’t everything. pike had some super fun pool parties this semester as did Pikapp. Pikapp has some really fun events, both r good frats.)

3. Phi delt / Beta ( both had good spring semesters and pcs, both have pros and cons. phi delt brothers r much better than betas but beta had some good parties. beta is really homo and phi delt needs to work on relations. However the brothers in both these frats r better/ more fun than the ones behind them. )

4. Theta chi / ZBT (Theta chi was a top frat when they were sig ep. They had barnyard which was so cool but since those seniors r gone they have dropped. Their spring pc was not good either. But they still have potential to get better maybe. ZBT is a Jewish frat, they think money buys status however the brothers suck and parties r mid at best. They are not good all think they r hot **** for no reason.

5. Aepi ( has some questionable brothers, Sean Kingston was super fun. That’s about it, for the most part a really weird frat but better then the ones below them by a lot. Their spring pc was awful they gave bids to anyone.

Srat:
1. Deeph / sdt ( both top bc they mix with top frats only. Sdt does some things with Zbt bc Zbt buys them out and they r two jewish based organizations. Deeph is better then sdt tho because they r more normal. Both r egotistical but have SOME nice girls in both

2. zeta (typical miami blondes, some nice some mean girls but they r falling a bit after this semester bc of some things….)

3. Adpi / tri delt ( tri delt is somewhat worse then adpi however have much nicer girls then adpi. Tri delt can get better if they bid another good pc. Adpi has some pretty girls but for the most part they r pikes groupie. The only reason they r “better” then tri delt is bc of that.

4. Pi phi / dg (pi phi has some overweight girls but they r super nice and have a lot of pretty ones too. Dg is new and think they r better then they r and they just aren’t at all.

5. Chi o ( bottom but very nice girls, everyone u meet in this chapter r so so nice)
