sae and chi fall off

i feel like the consensus ever since Sig Ep got kicked is that sae and sig chi are the “top” frats but i genuinely don’t understand what they do better than pike and pikapp. sig chi has such a weird pc and every venue is completely empty and both of sae’s rps have been huge misses and they literally only mix with sdt who’s falling off. like what am i missing???

my sister is 2 years older than me and chi was falling off before sig ep even got kicked off!! only sdt liked them then too..

i feel like greek life is falling off in general tbh
