Dues and such for frats

Hi freshman here, how many people pay dues out of their own pocket and how many people have parents who pay them? Just curious because I want to know what I’m getting into

I’ve been working to pay for mine. It’s about $1200 a semester. It’s easy asf if you get a good job over the summer. Most people have their parents pay tho. Mbn

I pay 6k a semester at my uni[no housing]. Considering a transfer to UM but didn't expect such a drop in fees
