what is each frat known for?

what is each frat’s stereotype/signature? for example, which has the best tailgates? which has the best pool parties? etc.

Got boys in each frat so I'll try to take a [hopefully] unbiased stab at this. I put em alphabetically too so there's no "rankings" & whatnot

AEPi - fun RPs like Aepalooza, good tailgates, like to rage when they're not stoned

ASig - Decent house parties, usually thrown with the multicultural/black frats to boost attendance

Beta - Well-balanced and throw chill parties. Nice mixers too, ddd/adpi/zta love em

Phi Delt - Throw fun off-campus pool parties, great music, but can get crowded fast

PiKapp - Some of the best tailgates on the row, unmatched energy. RPs and venues are great too but get super crowded.

Pike - Too soon to know, but the house will help them

Sammy - Mansion pool party was a huge help for them. Saved them big time. Brings back that rager vibe from 4-5 years ago

SAE - Solid pool parties, tailgates. Girls love em. Tough to beat. Pretty much the stereotypical "top frat"

Sig Chi - Tailgates + south beach, like to rage. Would always run south beach back in the day, but nowadays they operate pretty much under the radar.

SigEp - The best Miami nightlife scene, always in south beach buying tables or in brickell pregaming at some 50-story highrise. Plus their signature adult swim party.
