sorority dirty rushing

Deeph and sdt that’s it. We barely even have greek life here sororities don’t have houses they have suites and it’s a joke. We don’t have a greek row, and it’s not like normal schools with formal rush so please don’t come into it thinking it’s that serious. I transferred from a private school in the south with real rush and there was actual dirty rushing here because rush was completely formal and one on one and it’s not here. This school makes it easy for you guys

I think it’s kinda switched around here. Sororities are way less competitive than fraternities here and while frat life isn’t the same as an SEC school it’s very hard to get a bid even if you’re connected to a house

It’s not UM’s fault..in coral gables you can’t have sorority houses bc they would be considered brothels

The whole brothel thing is a myth/old law that is no longer in effect. I know plenty of houses where 6-8+ girls are living there. Pretty sure the school put that rumor into circulation to further smother greek life lol
