sammy and beta are not top tier they're kind of in their own tier. beta has more guys and good pool parties and sammy is essentially just a smaller version of beta. pike's got the house back too so i would at least give them a look. after those three though you wont be relevant at all.

That just isn’t true. Sammy, beta, aepi, phi delt, and pike make up the middle tier. Each have a different vibe but all solid options

Definitely not true, Phi Delt/AEPi have only mixed with adpi/tridelt/zeta this past year. No decent frat's ever had a mixer with Chi O lol, and don't think they plan on it anytime soon.
I've literally talked to girls in chi o and they've only had 2 mixers (asig/lambda)
