frat ranks with descriptions

Top:
1. SAE- generic top frat, throws good parties and tailgates and got a great PC as usual

2. Sig Ep- great group of guys, lot of foreign ones, maybe not best brotherhood but great pool parties

3. Pikapp- on the rise probably best tailgates and killer RP’s

4. Sig Chi- on the decline, supposedly in trouble with school, decent PC but nothing special SAE and pikapp leftovers

Middle:

5. Beta- Good group of guys that know how to throw down, keep on taking solid PC’s definetly on the rise

6. AePi- guys that know how to rage with great RPs and sorority relations

7. Sammy- More of a chill group but know how to party, took a larger than usual PC so on the rise

8. Phi delt- losing the house so on the decline, took a giant PC which isn’t a good sign going forward, but good pool parties

9. Pike- still not really a frat but definitely going to rise once they get the house they’ll shoot back up, solid PCs of late

Lower:

10. Asig- Nice group of guys but a shame they have a house instead of some other frats

11. Lambda- idek is they still exist

Uh, there are def kids in sig ep who could have gone sae too lmao. In reality in each tier you’ll find the frats actually cross-bid a lot. Ppl on this site just act like they don’t

I’d keep sig chi at 4 but take them out of the top, upper middle with beta. Phi delt should be ahead of sammy, maybe aepi too.

I would move Phi Delt above Sammy at this point and possibly Aepi too but the descriptions are accurate.
