differences between each frat house

only houses on campus are ASig, SAE, PiKapp, Phi Delt, Sig Chi, and AEPi.

asig is the old zbt house, it’s kinda rusty looking but has a decently good yard for tailgates.

SAE is super nice, it’s one story and kinda more penthouse style on the inside, with an open turf area outside.

PiKapp’s isn’t the biggest in size, but has a really spacious lawn area and sand volleyball court. Great for tailgates and outdoorsy stuff, they also got turf now too so that’s a plus.

Phi Delt’s probably one of the nicest IMO, it’s a three-story mansion that kinda looks like a Spanish castle. Also has a super spacious pool deck. By far the most expensive house on the row.

AEPi is a pretty traditional-looking frat house. It has a basketball court and a cool outdoor area they use for a lot of their RPs, and a roof that’s pretty easy to get on as a nice hangout spot.

Sig Chi is nice for tailgates as well, and the interior is nice too. Lots of glass everywhere to give it a contemporary look. \n\n\n\n\n
