Sig Ep (Use to be big dudes but girls still love the new guys too)
SAE (Chads and Brads with good GPA’s)
Sig Chi (Guys that rage hard)
Pi Kapp (Guys that rage harder)

Upper mid
Zbt (Miami Nightlife and some pretty fun house parties)

Mid
Sammy (Smaller frat not the same as before but have fun guys)
Beta (do well with mid tier sororities. Cool guys overall)
Aepi (For a mid tier frat they always rent venues the most and have good parties)
Phi Delt (Were falling off but are doing well this semester)

Lower Mid
Pike (Some cool guys especially the new ones but don’t have many events)
Kappa Sig (have many events but the seniors need to go, have been getting very good classes lately)

Bottom
Lambda (if you like chi o and want a house this is your spot)
Alpha Sig (If you don’t care for a house and want a chill brotherhood that accepts different types of people)

This is obviously very true. I could switch the order up to the frats I like best in the tiers, but these tiers are accurate.
