rushing pike?

I’ve heard that Pike’s rush week is after all the frats so I wanted to know if that’s true? Also how does rushing a frat without any members work? Like who gives out bids and who does the pledging?

Also, since their rush is after normal rush week, is there any reason for a guy to wait except if they’re legacy. I mean I’m pretty sure almost no one will go out of their way to get a bid from pike and there’s a good chance that pike is rushed by weirdos who didn’t get bids from anywhere else. It could be the exact opposite too but the chances of that happening are extremely low.
