Do sophomores get bids during sorority recruitment or does everyone want freshman? might transfer in for spring semester and would def want to be greek, I don't care about tier or anything

If you're really hot you're probably good. Sophomores are less valuable because by the time you're done pledging you will be a junior and not care anymore unless you're a freak
