Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at University of Miami - UM 2.2 I am a sister of Delta Phi Epsilon at a different school, and I am embarrassed to call these girls my sisters. One of our main philanthropies, ANAD, is all about body positivity and loving the skin you’re in. Yet, their Instagram does NOT reflect this value that we as members hold close to our hearts. How can you preach body positivity when you drop girls from recruitment if they aren’t “hot” or “skinny” enough? That does NOT align with our true values. You cannot preach loving yourself when posting a picture of three size 0 blonde girls.

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at University of Miami - UM 2.7 If u r rushing they already know who you are. U have to have more than 1,000 insta followers to get a bid. Dirty rushing here is a thing. It does not matter how hard you try during rush week if you don't meet their critereas/standards you out, they won't even pay attention to you. The mostly take frshmen who are well known on their floors and they take them in cliques. Look at last years clique (A,E,M,H). Funny how they all go in huh?
