Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Miami - UM 3.0 they like to call themselves a top tier because of their size. but in my opinion its about quality not quantity. Doesn't mean much when you have huge parties when you aren't pulling the hottest chicks. always have huge pledge classes of a bit above average kids.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Miami - UM 5.0 Sig Ep is the best house without a house. If they were on frat row they'd be top frat easily. They're the nicest guys for girls to be around, throw great parties, have a strong brotherhood. The fact that they're top tier without a house says a lot. They're not super involved on campus like SAE. Also easily the best looking if you actually hang out with them. They had the hottest fall class and are always fun to be around.
