Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Wilmington - UNCW 2.4 Won't give them the honor of calling them a fraternity, this is a frat. The only chapter house at UNCW, which is cool except they get so many tickets they can hardly ever have events there. Have a weird superiority complex despite the fact that they can't mix with most "top" fraternities or sororities. They're the little brother who's trying too hard, and come out looking stupid."Rush the first, Rush the best"- Please don't, for your own sake, look literally anywhere else.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Wilmington - UNCW 2.4 Anybody with a pulse can get a bid here, snap bids at rush parties to try and boost numbers. Fall 2021 they had more pledges than brothers, with a couple of genuine guys who had the misfortune of not knowing any better and joining here instead of a better fraternity. Parties give off high school vibes, it's where the ladies go to pregame other fraternity parties. Some d-bags with large egos who think they're the top.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Wilmington - UNCW 1.5 Guys are just straight up weird. My freshman year they had more new guys than brothers because they are a dying fraternity. So weird and very grabby at parties. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone to go near this place
