Set up by their National isn't dumb. At lease half were local fraternies before they were incorporated by nationals. So not dumb. Between Chi Phi and Ahpha Sigma P they are the worse. TKE is a even above them

I'm told Chi Phi was on campus years ago but I doubt those guys recognize this new group. They've change a lot.
