Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Charlotte - UNCC 3.2 These guys party hard and are friendly for the most part. Their house was dope but they’re losing it to Chi Phi so they’re slipping to mid tier

Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Charlotte - UNCC 4.5 Not only the best parties on campus but just the most fun guys on general. Always have a great time when I go there and they don't take themselves too seriously. At the end of the day its UNCC and the frats are here to throw parties. Kappa Sig does it best and I cannot complain.

Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of North Carolina at Charlotte - UNCC 5.0 They're the only frat on campus with a real house. All of the other houses are far away from campus which makes it hard for people to get to their houses to party. Kappa Sig also has the best looking dudes hands down.
