Has gotten way better over the years. In my first year was a bottom tier fraternity. But it seems all the weird guys graduated. And the newer guys are nice and wayyy better looking than the old guys. Throw good parties and overall nice guys to be around. Solid frat and will be one of the better ones on campus in a few years. Only downside is a lack of on campus involvement(haven’t noticed that much over my 3 years), and I don’t think they associate with any sororities. (They also threw a joint party with Pike which is known bottom tier frat.) Improve those and they go from high Mid tier to Top Tier.
