what counts as dirty rushing?

girls in a chapter having ANY contact with a PNM thats not at the few events at the beginning of the year. messaging, texting/following etc. mentions of going to lunch, patrties or hanging out. bid promising which is when a girl tells a pnm she will 100% get a bid from that chapter. even saying see you later in Recruitment is considered dirty rushing :(
