These girls need to stop thinking theyre too hot. I go to USC and came to party once and these girls DO NOT compare at all to the sororities at usc. does "top tier" even really mean anything when youve got so many grenades? triton eye really is a thing.

Start small with a solid founding class. Don't rely on IFC rush, hit the dorms in the winter and rush freshmen through referrals. Get yourself a young core who is both dedicated and enthusiastic. Ingratiate yourself with sororities, generate buzz and start doing 4-ways. EX is part of the triad, they have nothing to lose in helping you guys out. Show up to every philanthropy and compete in every sport. Offer something the mid and lower tier houses don't and in 5 years you will scare some people.
