Um does anyone ever see Pi Phi even on campus? They attend when they have to but never look very happy about it. They're top tier with KKG and DG but the other two sororities at least seem happy and are cheering. PBP just does not seem appealing at all! Sorry!

The girls seem pretty nice but some are strange and awkward. I haven't seen any Chi Os that I would say are hot either. They seem ok. I think girls who didn't make Theta, which is probably top middle tier, join here.
