Obviously people are ranking theta low because they want to make their chapters look bad. Theta is a classy and got a great pledge class last year

I tried socializing with them at a philanthropy since we were all just standing around. They were not friendly and made no attempt to keep the conversation going. They kept staring past me and were being really rude. Never really see them around campus and they rarely attend things. I would recommend avoiding this one.

seriously, as a sorority girl in a sorority that puts in a lot of effort that isn't returned to hang out with these guys (hint hint), it's pretty ridiculous to say they aren't top house. like i want them to be put in their place as much as the next person but still they just win at everything. sports, philanthropy, eurobash was great! when a chapter wins everything and clearly outclasses every fraternity in every aspect of greek life, how can one argue against their top house claim?

i completely and totally disagree with you "haha theta." It happens every year, people say "they're gonna lose their seniors and struggle." That just doesn't happen ever. And they're pledge classes, in my opinion, have been far superior to those of other top fraternities. TKE? please. PIKE? lol. Sigma Nu? same as always. SAE? mixed. some solid guys. EX isn't going anywhere.
