When I rushed Panhel I found Kappa to be pretty quirky, and it was endearing. It was clear there was/is no definition of what a Kappa Girl is.

Kappa is filled with genuine and nice girls. They keep it classy a majority of the time and have a great sisterhood.

When I rushed Kappa, the girls were very sweet and open. They are able to hold conversations well and are relatable to many girls. After I did not join a sorority, I still believed that to be the same but have been proven otherwise. The actives that I have talked to give me the cold shoulder when I see them on campus. However, I cannot say the same for the fall pledges. The pledges are very nice, and I hope their positivity spreads throughout the rest of the chapter.

I didn't care for greek life really until I saw a kkg behaving very unclassy at a party. On top of that, I tried to talk to her and she just ignored me. I'm not saying she represents all of kkg, but I would've expected a member of a social sorority to be a little more kind.

Everyone needs to stop generalizing because realistically there are very classy girls in both panhells and there are girls who are sometimes not so classy

Honestly, these girls are always really outgoing and fun to be around. They seem to be well-rounded and have their priorities straight. Whenever we have exchanges with them, they keep it classy. Not to say Gamma Phi doesn't, but it seems like Kappas do so more consistently.

ok so my roommate was in kappa this year and honestly she convinced me to rush-- they seem super chill and helpful and nice and are cool like festival vibe gals. like I think they're what you expect when you say "Santa Cruz sorority girls"... Like a mix of your average hot and ready to party, classy upcoming business woman and "let's have a kickback and vibe" kinda people. Can't wait to hopefully join.
