What's all the hype about with ATO and Pike this year?

ATO: good pledge class and new house
Pike: good pledge class and good parties like Dustin lynch

ATO is renting Phi Delt's very old house until Phi Delt comes back on campus in a year or so.

ATO: "We have a less terrible house that we're renting! We're top tier now."
Pike: "We just recruited our first good pledge class in 15 years and threw a good party last semester! We're top tier now."

KA is fading, no doubt, but they're still a strong lower top/upper mid tier. ATO has a ways to go

ATO has improved so much this year. They got a really good pledge class and from the parties I've been to, Alpha Gam and Chi O are always there and not just one or two of them. Their housing situation isn't the best but the quality of guys certainly is.

I will have to agree they have improved a lot in their most recent pledge classes. They are really involved on campus and are top 3 in grades. Their parties are average kinda hit or miss and they have some pull with girls. Nice guys all around.

The top tier fraternities all got in in some form of probation/investigative interviews for some sort of alcohol related incident at their parties. ATO and pike are some of the few who had parties before freshman could go to the bars.

Yeah because their parties were never big enough to have incidents like the top fraternities. They had their time, but now all the girls are back at the top houses. That in itself shows that ATO and Pike still have a long road ahead before they can claim "top tier" status.
