rec letters

It says that rec letters are not required but could you get pledged without letters or is it something you would recommend?

I would definitely recommend atleast one rec per sorority, preferably two!! I know it says they aren't required, but honestly they are very important!

everyone says they are only "encouraged" but i know for a fact that zeta will cut everyone first day of recruitment without a rec
