Why has IFC stopped sober drivers? I know some fraternities are still doing it (my boyfriends brother is a pledge in one). How can they really enforce this if someone says they were just giving someone a ride?

it would be nice if there were some sort of driving group set up to help, but I can see the insurance being a problem also.
