can anyone go to a frat party?

Can I just show up to a frat party or do I have to be invited/know someone/be in a sorority? Do a lot of non-greek girls go?

Any girls can get in even if you don't go here. I went to a frat party here in high school. They don't care. Guys on the other hand don't unless they're greek or part of that fraternity.
