It says above big fraternities and I wouldn't even classify sig ep as a big one and sigma pi isn't that big either

if by southern the OP means act southern then yes this is correct however Beta draws lots of kids from mountain brook and ATO draws lots of kids from Huntsville. I'm not sure on FIJI but I think they get lots of private school Montgomery kids?
I wouldn't consider lambda chi's to act southern, but I know they get a lot of Atlanta kids (and so does Sigma Pi, if I'm correct).
But as far as acting "southern" then with the exception of lambda chi I'd say you're right. Also Alpha Gamma Rho is on new row and while they don't really have a campus presence they are definitely one of the most southern.
