tier system

Do any top tier frats hang with any sorority that ISN't considered top tier? I've heard it's very.."political", in that typically top groups stick with top groups, bottom with bottom, mid with mid. How accurate is this?

Some groups do hang out more, but I've seen all the sororities at most of the fraternity houses and parties.

It may appear that way because some sororities and fraternities tend to bid guys and girls from certain hs in Alabama. For the most part, after freshmen year everyone hangs out with who they are friends with...no matter what fraternity or sorority they are in. Many sorority girls in the top sororities date guys who are not greek.
