Oooooo someone feels threatened by the fraternity that took over a certain house on campus.

Every fraternity that actually OWNS their house is worth rushing whether it's on new/old row or off college or toomers street. If they own the house alumni are actually wealthy. Don't let certain fraternities fool you because they'll be evicted in 2 years because they're renting those houses from real chapters that got kicked off. If your chapter doesn't own a house how will you last for centuries??? The truth is you won't, I bet some won't even last 5 years

You may have phi delta house but you'll always suck. And it'll be hilarious when you move back in your crack house haha
