If you are placing in tiers and no particular order within the tiers this is okay. AOPi and Zeta def need to be swapped.

Because those groups are different levels of strength. Like you can't merge two tiers just to make less tiers. This is a good list because it separates fraternitjes and sororites based on how good they are.
