old row vs new row

I'm a junior girl in a sorority and I've been able to see how fraternities and the rows have changed. Here's what I believe are the best fraternities on each row.
Old Row

New Row

ΚΑ

Freshman year I was a huge Old Row fan. Since then, Sigma Chj has been kicked off and SAE has gone on a steep decline. Basically, that row has kinda lost it. On New Row, Beta has consistently improved and Theta Chi has made a massive improvement to the top and wow'd all of us. KA is KA and will always be popular. This triple combo makes New Row better now in my opinion!

That new row is "better"
With groups likes Beta, Theta Chi, and KA (even though they aren't that great) it's hard for Old row to compete.
Old row has Sigms Nu but that's about it. SAE isn't woeth going to anymore (in my opinion) LXA hasn't made a comeback, and Sigma Chi is gone.

If you put Fiji as Old Row then I'd say that's the best but their house is way off on their own. I personally don't consider KA a big contender on New Row because I just don't think they're that good like they're cracked up to be. Myself and most of my sisters go to Beta and Theta Chi when we're at New Row and those are the ones holding that row up. Basically, it's Sigma Nu (Old Row) vs Theta Chi & Beta (New Row) so I give the edge to New Row. I'm sure a few people differ though!

They need to consolidate the rows. I think Auburn is making the effort to eliminate old row
