Their rising juniors are just about the douchiest group of guys that came through that year. Their sophomores are a bit better but tend to take after those that came before them.

Beta has its cons just like anyone else, but their rising juniors are good guys, there's a couple d bags but there mostly down to earth guys.

Have always earned credit for their looks and ability to pull top sororities. They've never, not once, been praised for being good people. In fact you'll see many mention the number of cliques, lack of brotherhood, and offer referred to as "sorority like" when mentioned on here. Which, I and just about anyone who's been around them, would agree with. I think much of that is attributed to them not hazing much. That just shows signs that they never lost that "I'm better than everyone attitude" that freshman tend to come into college with. Especially wealthy kids that are used to getting what they want. They ended their pledgeship like 3 weeks in last year.

If how much a guy got laid didn't mean so much to guys rushing and girls weren't so fooled by looks, they'd be a bottom tier fraternity instantly. Just my opinion.

Coming from someone in another fraternity, they're good guys, obviously have some bad apples but so does every fraternity. The cliques thing might be fair, but the biggest fraternities will all have that at least to some extent.

Who has spent much time there I have to say that I loved the graduating seniors at BETA. Yes, many were full of themselves but for the most part I really liked them. But these past two pledge classes have brought BETA down. They are so girly, try to act like they go to the University of Colorado and are actually reminding me a little of Lambda Chi or Sig Ep. That may seem strange to many but think about it. The only difference in their strange attitudes etc is the BETA name. Myself and many of my friends think it's sad how these last two pledge classes have ruined the old BETA. Stop getting guys like them and focus on what kind of guy that got you to be a top fraternity. They are top 5 only due to name Others have moved up and passed them by.

I don't think it is fair to say they think they are from Colorado. They do have some guys that are a little more hippie but they still have just as many stereotypical southern guys as in the past. Just my 2 cents.
