They're okay. They're probably right outside the ten best fraternities on campus. This is just my personal opinion but I think they're basically the same as Sig Ep. Both tend to be right outside the top 10 fraternities on campus, neither are known for having many southern guys, poor houses, and pretty much rely on throwing their money on expensive rappers to get their name out there on campus. They had Travis Porter and Waka Flocka last year. Both were pretty sketchy parties, but it's tough to have a rapper at your house and keep the wrong people out. Rappers just naturally attract those types so it's harder to enjoy the party. I do think they've become the better option for non southern guys to pledge instead of Sig Ep mainly because their quality of brothers is slightly higher. They hang out with Sigma Kappas, Gamma Phis, AZDs, and those type of sororities. You won't meet any KDs, Alpha Gams, Phi mus! ect there since their guys aren't your stereotypical rich southern fraternity guy. One thing you should be aware of if you rush here is they did have issues with losing too many pledges last fall. They're in the same tier as Sig Ep, Delta Sig, AGR, Pike, Phi Tau, DTD, and Phi Delt
