Cuts for grades

I’m going through recruitment and was wondering which sororities will cut you for having below a 3.5/4.0 gpa.

While some sororities will cut you for your grades there are some great sororities that aren’t as academic. Keep the faith and an open mind!

And all sororities still have a higher GPA than the non-greek student average.

I got dropped after IWTs from a bunch of houses.. my GPA was 3.4..hoping I can hang on to the houses I have left :(

I have a 3.9 and got dropped by a lot of houses. My roommate has a 3.54 and was kept by a lot…. Including those who we’ve heard want a high GPA. So….

There's really no rhyme or reason. It's so hard to figure out a "why." I had over a 4.0 last year, tons of activities and more than one rec for every house and I still had a bunch of cuts. I will say I ended up pledging one that wasn't even on my radar and I love it.

I heard big grade cuts after philanthropy round. Hang in there.. it only takes one!

Big grade cuts are almost always the first round as that is the easiest cut to make and those tend to be the largest cuts.
