OOS odds of getting a bid for fraternity

I’m out of state and was not able to make it to any summer events and I was wondering if there are still spots open during formal rush and what are the best fraternities for someone who is out of state?

Pi Kapp is for sure the best fraternity that will take out of state guys all your "top tier" are full already maybe look at sigma pi and pike
