Fraternity rankings

I’m doing this in tiers, no particular order within the tiers. Description of house, where most are from, social life, and involvement on campus.

Top Tier:

Theta Chi- nicest/biggest house. Heavy southern fraternity but some guys from other areas. Think light wash jeans and cowboy boots. Very good parties and relations with sororities. Many guys very involved on campus.
Kappa Alpha Order- debatably nicest house, heavy southern fraternity and very country/outdoorsy. Good socially and relations with sororities. Very involved on campus.
Fiji- brand new house with one of best locations on campus. Heavy southern fraternity. Good socially and relations with sororities. Probably one of most involved fraternities on campus.
Lambda Chi Alpha- nice house and very good location. Heavy Georgia fraternity but mix of other out of state. Good socially and sorority relations. Very involved on campus.
Sigma Nu- nice house in good location on old row. Heavy southern fraternity. Good social and sorority relations. Very involved on campus.

Middle Tier:

Pi Kappa Phi- seems to be liked. Pretty nice house and pretty good socially. Don’t know about campus involvement
Pi Kappa Alpha- Nice house on old row. Heavy northeast fraternity. Think backwards hats and jerseys. Pretty good socially and sorority relations. Not very involved on campus
Sigma Pi- very nice house at end of old row. Heavy out of state fraternity. Not great sorority relations and ok parties. Lot of dudes who get really messed up. Not super involved on campus.

Bottom tier:
Phi Tau- get wrecked bot

The rest of the fraternities are fine I’m sure just depends on the type of dude you are. There are cool dudes everywhere and guys that suck everywhere.
