PNM’s how important do you think social media is this year with some of the rounds being virtual? Whose instagrams stand out?

I’ve been paying pretty close attention to social media because I’ve heard we may not even get to talk to anyone first round so I want to be able to make good decisions. So far I really like the vibe of alpha chi, aoii, and alpha Gam. They come off super genuine while some of the others (specifically “top”) seem a little too image focused and fake

I am definitely going to be making my first round preferences based on what I see in the videos and Instagram accounts. I have noticed a lot of the "top" houses are posting photos showing off their hot girls, and I do not necessarily think I am "top" material. I think the girls portrayed on social media in the "middle" and even the "bottom" houses look more kind and genuine, which are the type of girls I am looking for in recruitment.
