nervous about being bad mouthed

There are a few girls from my hometown in a sorority. One of the girls likes me and we’re friends and I’m almost positive she will pull for me. The other girl is not the biggest fan of me. How will this affect me getting in to that sorority?

It depends how much sway a member has in her house. If someone is respected, people will listen to her opinion, and vice-versa. The sisters who you talk to during recruitment definitely have their say as well, so you have a chance to impress them.
