pike and sae what are they

SAE went from one of the very best to nothing, amazing alumni and still have actices to bring them back plus their house. Gonna be at least three + years. Pike was bottom of the top ten and hasnt had events for two years. have some cool guys and a lot of weird dudes. Will probably start to compete with Sigma Pi and maybe ATO for rush. Would put them neck and neck with Farmhouse for now
