differentiate these fraternities

Everyone says pi kapp is steadily in the mid tier, and I’ve also heard sig tau has been on the rise and their new house is nice. The ones I’ve met seem pretty similar Which fraternity has better events, brotherhood, girls, etc.

Pi kapp’s been around longer, and they are a bigger fraternity. Their parties are pretty equal, but Pi Kapp throws a better tailgate/darty. I haven’t really heard good things about Pi Kapp’s brotherhood while I’ve heard the opposite about sig tau. Both fraternities bring in a solid amount of out of state guys.

Sig taus new house isn’t good, they are way smaller than pi kapp, way less social connections, don’t party nearly as hard, smaller pledge classes, weird guys. While pi kapp is pretty average in most ways, sig Tau is well below average. Sig taus have been trying really hard on Greek tank lately, hence why they’ve been posting constantly about yung gravy and their new house. Don’t listen to that garbage

Behind Pike would be Phi Tau and Sig Tau, but if pike is on probation again, Both would probably make it into the “mid tier”

In another fraternity and I have to say they are a good group of guys, would highly recommend there just based off connections/social life.
