Dry house and have zero, and I do literally mean ZERO, parties. Like even outside of their house, I’ve never heard of a farmhouse party. They’re more of a church group than a fraternity tbh.
They’re the “marriage material” guys that’ll never cheat and will have good jobs, so more mature girls naturally flock there
