Prior to being on social probation beta was and had been a top fraternity for years, they should easily bring themselves back up to that level, if they haven't already

Why would ATO even be on this list/ why is this a question in general? Pretty defined top tier- KA, Theta Chi, FIJI, Sigma Nu, and Beta.
