houses on the rise

These are the houses that have the best chance of rising to top tier in the next couple years:

LXA- if they can figure out how to have parties without IFC being all over them then Lambda could make the leap from middle to top pretty easily. Good house and great location close to DT. They've rushed well despite problems with the university. If they can stay out of trouble then they can make it

Pike- They've always had one of the nicest houses on campus and have rushed well in the past few years. Arguably the most improved house in the past 2-3 years. Good social life, however their involvement and grades are holding them back from jumping to top.

Pi Kapp- One of the most fun mid tier houses with a very diverse brotherhood. Good social life and decent recruitment but they have been known as try hards. Different from a lot of other houses at Auburn for better and for worse. Grades need to improve for them to rise up any higher.

Sig Ep- One of the wildest houses on campus, recruit well but their grades aren't great. Sig Ep might be the only house that could take over the spot that SAE left on top tier.

Mid tier that won't be top any time soon:

ATO- great brothers but not having a permanent house will keep them from being any better then mid tier

Sigma Pi- similar to all the other houses listed but they seem to have just stayed the same and not improved much in the last 2-3 years. Not bad but not great either. Just average
